Reservations

1) How can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation just select the hotel you wish to stay and click on the reservation link. Fill in the form and press the “submit” button. After this you will immediately receive an e-mail notification with all information about your request.

2) How and when will you confirm my reservation?
We will confirm your reservation as soon as possible (depending on the time you have made the request) by sending you an e-mail.

3) What is “Payment Guarantee” in the reservation form?
You can choose a way of sending us your credit card number or make a 20% deposit to our bank account so we can confirm your request.

4) What is the “Discount” field?
If you have any discount number from special offers or coupons that reduces the price you can write it at the discount field.
If you have more than one numbers please use one of your choice because we can accept only one per reservation.
If you have a coupon that does not has any number then either write the title or inform as about this in the special
requirements field.

Traveling

1) How can I come to Crete?
By air, “Nikos Kazantzakis”, Heraklion International Airport and Crete’s main airport serves our capital city Heraklion, other prefectures like Lasithi and resorts like Sissi. You can fly with Olympic Airlines, Aegean Airlines, British Airways and many more.
